Shiping Policy
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. If you want to make changes in your order/cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us within 12 hours.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping: We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.
2. Order Processing
Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes 1-3 business days after it is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are very likely to ship the following business day assuming that all ordered items are in stock.
3. Shipping Time
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
- Asia: 4-7 Business days
- Europe, Canada: 5-15 Business days
- USA, Central & South America: 2- 12 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 7-11 Business days
- Other regions: 12-20 Business days
*This doesn’t include our processing time. Max delivery time - 60 business days.
Buyer Protection - Shop with confidence: If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, your backpack has not been delivered, we would have to presume your parcel is lost in transit. In this instance, we would refund or resend you a new backpack.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
4. Delivery
1) Order Address ConfirmationYou will receive an order confirmation email right after payment. Please verify your shipping address thoroughly. We are not responsible for any delivery issues or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by buyers, and relevant expenses shall be undertaken by customers themselves.
2) Tracking Information UpdateA shipping notice with tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. It normally takes 2-5 business days for tracking details to be updated. Feel free to contact us if no logistics information shows over 5 working days after shipment.
3) Damaged Items SolutionIf goods get broken or unusable during transit, you can choose free reshipment or full refund via store credit. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours after receiving the package; late claims will not be accepted.
4) Delivered But Missing ParcelOnce the logistics system confirms successful delivery and sign-off, parcel loss, theft or missing due to third-party collection or local pick-up is beyond our liability. Please claim compensation directly from the local courier.
5) After-sales Time LimitPlease submit your enquiry within 2 months after shipment if you haven’t received your parcel. Our team will reply and settle your problem within 48 hours. Any overdue application will be invalid.
6) Pre-shipment Quality GuaranteeAll products go through strict quality inspection and careful packaging before delivery to ensure perfect condition when arriving.
5. Custom Tax or Duty
Normally, customers will not be charged any additional fees via regular mail. Most regions — including Europe, the United States, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore — are not subject to import duties. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, there may be occasions when customers are required to pay import duties or tariffs.
Currently, import taxes are occasionally charged in certain regions — including Malaysia, Thailand, and India — with an estimated occurrence rate of around 5% in each. In these cases, the total tax amount is usually about 10–20% of the product value.
If you are charged any customs fees, please keep the official receipt and contact our customer service team — we will cover 50% of the cost upon verification.
