After you receive your items, during 15 days, you may request the exchange or refund of items.


If you don't like the item when you receive it, we can return you the item amount. But the freight out and home should on your charge. We are not in charge of any man-made damage.


If the return is caused by item quality, Nayosmart will bear all the expense of return and will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 24 hours of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment method. 

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 24-hour period following delivery.

There is no need to cancel the order that hasn't been paid. The order will be placed on our system only when you have completed the payment.
