Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Nayo Smart purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase. But the freight out and home should on your charge, we are not in charge of any man-made damage. If the return is caused by item quality, Nayo Smart will bear all the expense of return and will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.


Warranty Period

We have a warranty of one hundred and eighty days on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee.  


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will be automatically returned to your credit card or paypal account, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
