Delivery Information

Due to current world events, some of the shipping operations in certain countries are disrupted. This may cause shipping delays. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are doing everything possibly to speed this along.

  1. Order Confirm

Once your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. If you want to make changes in your order/ cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us within 12 hours.

 

  1. Order Processing

Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes 1-2 business days after it is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are very likely to ship the following business day assuming that all ordered items are in stock.

 

  1. Shipping Time

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

 

Asia: 4-15 Business days

Europe, Canada: 7-20 Business days

USA, Central & South America: 7-20 Business days

Australia, New Zealand: 7-20 Business days

Other region: 12-30 Business days

Buyer Protection - Shop with confidence

If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, your backpack has not been delivered. We would have to presume your parcel is lost in transit. In this instance, we would refund or resend you a new backpack.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee that exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

  1. Delivery

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

 

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Please contact us within 2 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our customer service will resolve this problem within 48 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

Important notice: Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, Nayo Smart has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

 

Custom Tax or Duty: Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by submitting a ticket.

 

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping:We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.
