Although COVID-19 has infected Black Friday 2020, it will still officially kick off on Friday, November 27th. Which items will be candidates for your best Black Friday deals 2020?


Ummm...let's not get hysterical too early. Before you decideto be a doorbuster on Friday, it’s important to know how every major retailer is handing Black Friday this year.  


Since the outbreak is rising again at an alarming rate, some retailers can’t affirm that doors will remain open on holiday. Here’s a list of retailers that have announced they will be closed on Thanksgiving Day:

Ann Taylor: Stores open and close regular local hours.

Ashley Furniture: Doors will open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time.

Apple: Stores open and close regular hours on Black Friday.

Banana Republic: Stores open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Barnes & Nobles: Stores open at 8 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.

Bath & Body Works: Stores are open and close regular hours. Call your local store for details.

Bed Bath & Beyond: Stores will be closed on Thanksgiving this year, but on Black Friday, they're open from 6 a.m. until 12 a.m.

Belk: Stores open at at 6 a.m. on Black Friday and close at 10 p.m.

Best Buy: Stores will be closed on Thanksgiving this year. On Black Friday, doors reopen again at 5 a.m.

Big Lots: Stores will open at 6 a.m.

Bloomingdale's: Doors typically open 7 a.m. on Black Friday.

Costco: Stores will open on Black Friday at 9 a.m., but sales typically start in the beginning of November.

TJ Maxx: Stores will be closed this Thanksgiving, but will reopen on Black Friday from 8 a.m. through 9 p.m.

The store opening hours are varied by location, and with the possible second wave of coronavirus happening, stores might be temporarily closed. It is a good idea to call your local store or go on stores’ official websites to check the store hours before you join the doorbuster ranks. Also, you need to find out if it has any COVID-19 safety measures or restrictions.


Ummmm....not good news. It seems that we will probably miss this year’s Black Friday discount, shall we? Yeeeep, but just on the offline stores, the online deals of 2020 Black Friday has begun in early November.
