As a consumer who loves many bags and has bought from Herschel, Kipling, timbuk2, crumpler, Kathmandu, etc. this nayo smart bag has beaten them all based on the jacket design. Thru the years my husband has always found it crazy that I can pour out all my top junk to rch my stuff at the bottom. And I always stuff my backpack full. So the jacket design solved this essential problem I have with all my backpacks. I tested the bag for a few mths before writing this review. The stain resistance is pretty good as I torture my bags. They are thrown all over the place. A good wet wipe or stain remover pen helps me to remove the stains. The stains include curry stains. I wiped it off immediately once I saw I had dripped curry by accident. I love the many pockets!!! Now my tissues, wet tissues, make up items, keys, wallet, stationery are all segregated properly. Plus I do carry a laptop for work. Weight distribution is fantastic. Really one of the best backpack designs ever.
An excellent sling bag for carrying your everyday essentials. It is made from durable 200D nylon with water-repellent properties, providing good protection from the elements.
The bag is spacious enough to comfortably carry an iPad mini, mobile phone, charger, ID documents, earphones, and other small essentials. It also features two width-adjustable side pockets, which are perfect for a small water bottle, another phone, or other items you want to access quickly without having to open a zipper.
Overall, this is a well-designed sling bag that is just the right size if your everyday carry is on the light-to-medium side. It offers a good balance of capacity, accessibility, and portability without feeling bulky.

Its so compact yet so spacious! It’s really versatile i use it for college and short travels!
Love the look, and it’s comfortable to carry! It’s a little heavy, but the padded shoulder straps make a big difference in reducing pressure. A pocket for easy access to a water bottle would make it even better.

I get a lot of compliments on this bag. It is very well made and I enjoy the outside pocket for easy access of my AirPods. The only issue I had was the bag doesn’t have much structure. I thought it would be a harder shell. And the strap doesn’t have a buckle. I would like to unbuckle it instead of pull it over my head everytime. Maybe the strap could also be a little more comfortable
I placed my order on September 25th, and it arrived via air freight from China to Malaysia on October 1st, taking about 5 days.
However, for a bag that costs RM400, shipping it without an outer protective carton is completely unacceptable. The product box arrived completely battered, with one of the main corners torn open. If I had purchased this to send directly to a friend as a gift, it would have been incredibly embarrassing for them to receive it in that condition.
Setting the terrible packaging aside, the craftsmanship of the bag itself is decent. The lock is nicely detailed, and the zipper is smooth. Size-wise, it barely fits a single book—you can just about get it zipped. But if you plan to carry both a book and a wallet, it might won't fit.
Honestly, the quality is exactly what you should expect at this price point. Good craftsmanship is the bare minimum required to justify the RM400 price tag, not a bonus feature.
Overall, unless the brand improves its packaging, I will not be purchasing from them again. If an RM400 order is treated with this little care, I wouldn't want to risk buying an RM700 bag only to have it arrive completely ruined.
Amazing bag, fits what I need for the day plus a waterbottle, perfect for Asian city daily travel. It's also built very well with nice metal accents. Definitely underrated.

이 백팩은 내가 생각한 조건을 모두 만족시켰을 뿐만 아니라 많은 수납공간도 포함하고 있습니다.
가방을 받고나서 재질과 지퍼부분에 또 감탄을 했습니다. 방수에 뛰어날거 같고, 실험해보니 물이 바로 마름을 확인했습니다.

Worth every dollar
I absolutely love this bag. It is great for everyday use, and I take it with me when I’m out walking with my dog, so I can safely stash all her ‘things’ as well as my essential items. There are endless pockets and pouches for keeping items safe and protected. And, the bag looks very smart. I love that it is waterproof. Great design, made for all the must haves, when we move about in this world.

Honestly, I ment to buy another backpack and was about to return this one but, it’s actually good. I used this bag to travel a lot. I recently carried this bag to south korea, then china right after. It proved to be a good bag, even when carrying a lot the straps are super comfortable. I often carry both a 14inch laptop and an ipad + a day worth of cloths and there is still space for more. Chargers wires etc. I’m super surprised with the amount this backpack can carry(u gata break it in when first opening it). Overall supa supa good
