Return Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Nayo Smart purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase( Only available in the following countries and regions: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam. Returns are not supported in other countries and regions). However, the freight out and return shipping are your responsibility. We are not liable for any man-made damage. If the return is due to item quality, Nayo Smart will cover all return expenses and will not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Warranty Period
Under normal conditions and correct use, all our products come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration due to material fatigue after extended use are not covered. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repairable for a reasonable fee, though it is not covered under the warranty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
